HR Reporting Dashboards
Dashboards to automate reporting processes in the HR department of the bank
Problem Statement
The client, a prominent bank, faced significant challenges in its Human Resources operations due to the reliance on manual processes. The generation of reports, a critical aspect of these operations, involves collecting data from diverse sources manually, leading to a high likelihood of human errors and time consumption hindering the departments efficiency and overall productivity.
Solution
To address the banks’s challenges with manual processes, we proposed to implement automated employee tracking system with robust access controls to allow users to dril down into data. This solution will reduce human errors and time used to create reports.

Problem Statement
The organisation seeks to gain a comprehensive understanding of dashboard users and the specific authorization levels required for each user.
Solution
For a better understanding of users of the dashboard and the required authorization levels, I sorted all the possible roles that uterlised the dashboard and through interviews gained insights into their requirements and then developed personas for each of the roles and the authorisation access that would be role mapped.
